Wellness goals and health concerns belong in the same conversation.
Whether you want to care for your long-term health, understand everyday symptoms or explore a complex history, we make room for that conversation. Choose a topic to see how we approach it together.
Wellness and optimal aging
You do not have to wait for a health problem.
Want someone to take a good look under the hood? We can discuss your overall health, nutrition, sleep, movement and goals even when you have no current symptoms.
- Review your health history and existing labs.
- Discuss diet, lifestyle and areas worth exploring.
- Build an ongoing partnership around your goals.
Complex concerns
Time for the history that has been hard to explain.
Long-standing symptoms, chronic fatigue, autoimmune concerns or several overlapping conditions may call for a broader review. We listen to what has happened and consider what still needs attention, without promising a particular answer or result.
- Build a clear timeline of what changed.
- Review relevant records, medication and prior results.
- Talk about the most useful next clinical conversation.
Hormones and cycles
When cycles, symptoms or life-stage changes need more context.
PMS, PCOS, fertility questions, postpartum changes, perimenopause and menopause can affect more than one part of daily life.
- Review cycle patterns and symptom timing.
- Discuss thyroid, sleep, stress and metabolic context.
- Work with your practitioner on a personalized plan.
Thyroid
When a thyroid diagnosis does not answer every question.
Symptoms, medication response, immune history, nutrition and other health factors may be part of a careful thyroid conversation.
- Bring recent thyroid labs and medication history.
- Review what changed after treatment began.
- Coordinate with endocrinology when specialist care is needed.
Weight and metabolism
When weight changes involve more than willpower.
Appetite, blood sugar, inflammation, hormones, sleep, stress and your relationship with food can all be discussed without a quick-fix promise.
- Review health history and current patterns.
- Discuss realistic nutrition and lifestyle support.
- Connect your metabolic goals to your ongoing health plan.
Pain and movement
When pain or limited movement is changing what you can do.
Movement, strength, balance and recovery belong in a whole-health conversation. Your practitioner can discuss whether physical therapy or another form of support may be appropriate.
- Start with the activities you want to regain.
- Review relevant imaging or surgical guidance.
- Discuss hands-on care and movement options.

A few practical answers.
Wondering what to expect? Here’s how we get started, what membership costs and how we stay in touch.
You’re welcome here whether you feel well and want to focus on long-term health, have everyday concerns or are living with a complex chronic condition. You don’t need to wait until something feels wrong. We work with you to understand your goals and build an ongoing care relationship.
You’ll spend 15 minutes on the phone with a care coordinator from our team, at no cost. Tell us what brings you here and ask about membership, pricing, practitioner availability or what happens next. It’s a chance to see whether working with us feels right for you.
We start with a 90-minute visit to talk through your history, daily life and health goals. You and your practitioner then build a personalized plan, which may include testing, nutrition, lifestyle changes or treatment when appropriate. Follow-up visits are roughly every 6–12 weeks so we can review how you’re doing and adjust your plan together. Testing, supplements and some treatments may cost extra.
For questions about membership or care, email info@InHealthRVA.com or call 804-288-1111. If you’re already a member and send a non-urgent question through the patient portal, allow 24–48 business hours (1–2 business days) for your care team to respond.
