Many of the apps listed below have free options and/or bonus access during the COVID-19 quarantine.

It isn’t important so much which one you do, try a bunch of them and see what you like! The most important thing is to keep practicing. Daily as much as possible. Helps you take your mindfulness practice off the meditation seat with sections such as “Are You Really Listening,” how to deepen your relationships with mindful listening and Mindfulness at Work, their ‘leading corporate program for employee well-being.”

  • Stop. Breathe. Think. Learn to meditate and “Check in with how you’re feeling, and try short activities tuned to your emotions.”

  • UCLA Mindful: Designed based on guidance from the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center where “Scientific research shows mindfulness can help manage stress-related physical conditions, reduce anxiety and depression, cultivate positive emotions, and help improve overall physical health and well-being..”

  • 10% Happier: “Meditation for fidgety skeptics.”

  • YouTube: Though not curated, a veritably limitless source of meditation and mindfulness videos, classes and music.
